My Sports Hero

Valerie adams would have to be my sports hero because she has gotten many medals and has represented our country very well she is very  strong and is the first woman to get four consecutive and individual titles at the world track and field championships

    Valerie is definitely a great woman. She has proven herself to be a champion so many times and in so many ways. The best part is that she has never used any banned substances to better her performance and that is so, so important for a sports person who has young people looking up to them. She is the definition of hard work.

    I really think she's fantastic and I am so glad you like her.

    Hi Bethan,

    Great choice as a sports hero! I just saw that at 32 years old she became the youngest person to become a Dame in NZ.
