Heart and Soul
This song is heart and soul and I chose it because it is an easy song on the piano. Sadly I had no one to do the other part with me so I did one bit by myself. It's a simple song and easy to learn if you have good ears.

Cottage Pie
Today at tech we made Cottage Pie. First we had to boil potatoes. We also fried some onions mince and mixed vegetables in a frying pan. After a little while we added some garlic and ginger. Then we put in some gravy. Once the gravy mixed in with the mince we took the frying pan off the hob and put some mince in the tinfoil bowl with cheese on top. We Mashed the potato with butter and then we put the potato on top of the mice and cheese. Preheat the oven while doing this to 180 degrees Celsius and put the Cottage Pie in. Once the top is nice and crispy take it out. Enjoy!

Kumara Frittata
Today Paikea and I made Kumara Frittata. First we fried some diced onions in a frying pan. Then we grated some Kumara and put it in a mixing bowl. We added two medium sized eggs into the bowl and then we put in half a cup of milk and some herbs and spices with cheese we kept on mixing. I put the Fried onions in the mix and we put the mix into a square pan. We Put the oven on at 180 degrees Celsius and then we wait until the Frittata is golden on top and the Kumara is soft. Serve on a plate and eat.
